What is Crafted?
Crafted is UserTesting’s flagship event for research, design, and product leaders and practitioners who want to elevate their craft. You’ll hear from industry experts, explore real-world case studies, and participate in hands-on sessions designed to turn insights into impact and spark new ways of thinking.

What is the event format or schedule like?
Crafted packs inspiration, hands-on learning, and collaboration into one powerful day.
Morning — Workshops for Practitioners
Hands-on sessions focused on skill-building, real-world application, and practical frameworks to elevate your craft.
Afternoon — Mainstage for Leaders + Practitioners
Keynotes and panels exploring where the industry is headed, blending practitioner perspectives with leadership insights.
Do I need to attend the full day?
You’re welcome to join for the full day or choose the pass that best fits your interests, whether that’s the paid morning workshops and/or the free afternoon mainstage program.
How much does it cost to attend?
Morning workshops: $499
Afternoon mainstage pass: Free
How do I register, and when does registration close?
You can register directly through our event website. Registration remains open until capacity is reached, though workshop seats are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Can I bring colleagues or team members?
Absolutely. Crafted is designed for cross-functional collaboration. We encourage teams across product, design, and research to attend together.
I registered but can no longer attend. What should I do?
Please email events@usertesting.com so we can release your seat to another attendee.
How can I convince my boss to attend Crafted?
Crafted blends strategic vision with practical value. Leaders and practitioners can gain fresh inspiration and stay connected to emerging trends. Attendees will return with actionable insights that elevate their craft across the organization.
Can I earn education credits for attending the workshops?
Crafted workshops do not currently offer formal continuing education credits. However, participants will receive mini certifications, plus the option to enroll in the Quantitative Accelerator Certificate at a discounted rate.
Will sessions be recorded?
Workshop sessions will not be recorded to preserve the hands-on learning experience. Select mainstage sessions will be made available after the event on insight+.
What is the cancellation policy for workshop tickets?
If you can no longer attend, email events@usertesting.com; you may transfer your workshop ticket to a colleague at no additional cost. Mainstage attendance is free.
